1) Activate your voicemail.

2) Forward you phone to voicemail.

3) Retrieve messages from voicemail.

Activate your voicemail:

Press voicemail button or pick up button

Must perform this step.

Enter default pass code - 0000

Record: name, greeting and new 4 digit pass code.

* When recording your greeting, you can tell the call to press 7

   to by-pass this recording in the future

Forward telephone to VM:

Everybody is in voicemail group 440.

Must perform this step.

Press ON/OFF button.

Press FWD button or dial 640

Dial 7440. No answer forward to voicemail.     or

Dial 9440. Busy/no answer forward to voicemail.

FWD button will now light to indicate forwarding is activated.

Cancel forwarding to VM:

Press ON/OFF button.

Press forward button or dial 640

If you cancel call forwarding, your calls will not go to voicemail.

Transfer a call to voicemail:

Press voicemail button or pick-up button.

Press extension button or dial voicemail number.

Hang up.

Retrieve messages from

Press voicemail button or pick-up button. Light will be on.
