To make a call:

Press line button or press 9 on keypad. When you hear dialtone, dial phone number.

 

 

 

 

To answer calls:

Pick up handset to answer call   or   pick up handset and press flashing line button.

 

 

 

 

Transfer call:

a) Press station button - call is placed on hold automatically. Announce call

 

 

    and hang up. If party is not available, press flashing green button.

 

 

b) Press transfer button. Dial station number. Announce call and hang up.

 

 

    If party is not available, press flashing green button to go back to caller     or

 

 

c) Press hold button. Verbally tell person, call on line ?     or

 

 

 

 

Transfer call to VM:

Press voicemail or pickup button. Press station button or dial station number and hang-up.

 

 

 

 

Redial:

 

Press redial button or call back button.

 

 

 

 

Intercom:

Press station button or dial station number.

 

 

 

 

Conference Calls:

a) While talking to caller, press conference button. Place 2nd outside call or press

 

 

   station button. When called party answers, press conference button twice     or

 

 

b) If you have Pac Bell Centrex. Press flash button and hear studder dialtone.

 

 

   Dial number. When caller answers, press flash button to complete conf. call.

 

 

 

 

System speed dial:

System speed dial must be programmed from station 100 using codes 9020 - 9099

Station speed dial:

Station user may program up to 20 numbers of personal speed dial.

 

 

1) Press speed button twice

 

 

2) Dial station speed dial code number: 9000 - 9019

 

 

    Dial system speed dial code number: 9020 - 9099

 

 

3) Dial phone number. Press hold button to insert a pause(s).

 

 

4) Press speed.

 

 

 

5) To program another speed dial number - Press speed button once.

 

 

6) Repeat steps 2 - 5.  If finished, press on/off button

 

 

 

 

Volume Control:

Adjust speaker, ringer, handset hearing volume independently and display contrast

 

 

 

 

Program speed dial or feature

1) Press speed button twice.

codes on flexible buttons:

2) Press flexible button.

 

3) Dial speed dial code ( speed btn & 9000 - 9099 ) or feature code number.

 

 

4) Hear confirmation tone. ( triple beep ), repeat steps 2 - 4       or

 

 

5) When finished, press on/off button.

 NOTE:

 

If your phone is set to auto line access, you must press or dial your ext. number first.

 

 

If you have older system software, your speed bin codes will be 000 - 099

 

 

 

 

Forward calls to cell phone.

Press ON/OFF button.

Forwarding number must be in

Press FWD button or dial 640

your personal speed dial:

Press * button, dial speed dial code number

 

FWD button will now light to indicate forwarding is activated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paging:

 

Dial code 700 for all page   or   dial code 760 for external page.

 

 

 

 

H-T-P switch:

H = handsfree, button off. P = privacy, button flashing. T = tone ringing, button solid red.

8 button basic phones must dial

H position: Receive an intercom or transferred call in two way handsfree mode.

code 667 to switch between HTP

P position: Receive an intercom or transferred call in privacy or one way announce mode.

settings:

 

T position: Your phone will ring. You must either press speaker button or pickup handset.

 

 

 

 

Change system

From station 100, dial code 692 and in 2 digit format enter the yy, mm, dd and time in

date & time:

military time. Example - 692, 03, 02, 10, 1045.
